Driving Traffic To Your Website to Make Money Online

Some people want to drive traffic to their personal blog or product website and are having difficulty finding the right resources to make it work. it can get frustrating sometimes when you have put so much effort into creating a website and no one has come to look at it. If you are lucky to get one or two visitors there is a very slim chance that they would buy your product instantly. Sometimes it takes 100 visitors to get 1 sale and some people have made many sales with less visitors than that. The secret to driving visitors to your website is by creating backlinks. Backlinks are other websites that link back to your website. You can create backlinks with article marketing directories and social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, and with your signature in forums. Twitter is a great place were you can create a 140 character sentence to drive traffic back to your website.  I have used this Twitter Traffic generator to build my twitter followers and it has helped greatly to drive thousands of visitors to my sites.

Blog sites such as Squidoo and Hubpages are highly indexed by Google and receive alot of traffic. You should sign up for an account with them and start making blogs to get more exposure to your website. You can add the url of your website on these pages as a link which also serves as a backlink to get you indexed on the search engines. Squidoo and Hubpages also reward you for your efforts so you can make money through google adsense and other affiliate programs.  Just beware that Hubpages will not accept junk articles.  Your articles must be of decent quality or they will not accept them.

Traffic Exchange Programs

There is a great site called Link Referral that has brought me alot of traffic to my websites but you have to put a bit of work into it to make it work effectively. The traffic will come to your site in great frequency if you visit other peoples websites and rate them. I think it is a good program for receiving constructive feedback as well as getting traffic to your site easily.
