Blog sites such as Squidoo and Hubpages are highly indexed by Google and receive alot of traffic. You should sign up for an account with them and start making blogs to get more exposure to your website. You can add the url of your website on these pages as a link which also service as a backlink to get you indexed on the search engines.

There is a great site called Link Referral that has brought me alot of traffic to my websites but you have to put a bit of work into it to make it work effectively. The traffic will come to your site in great frequency if you visit other peoples websites and rate them. I think it is a good program for receiving constructive feedback as well as getting traffic to your site easily.
